1.  The USH Minister, Staff, members and friends are encouraged to contact the USH-Enews Editor (or designee), when they learn of the death of a member, friend or family member, including pertinent details if possible.

2. Upon receipt of this information, the goal will be for the editor to circulate promptly notice of the death to the USH-Enews readership by email, including the obituary and/or such related information as is available from the newspaper, funeral home, USH Staff and/or family members.  To the extent possible, a consistent format will be used.

3. The USH-Enews Editor will exercise discretion respecting any known family wishes as to what is or is not published.
