Welcoming the Magdalene Circle into our space —
We’re welcoming member Lisa Burch and her Magdalene Circle group to their new meeting space at USH. The Magdalenes are an established group, exploring the Divine Feminine with particular attention to the historic, archetypal, and spiritual Mary Magdalene. While the name might cause one to wonder what connection to Unitarianism could exist, those who remember ‘Cakes for the Queen of Heaven’ may sense some parallels.
The intuitive process is honored through meditation, including joint participatory sound meditation with frame drums, rattles, Tibetan and crystal bowls and toning with our voices. Compatible USH members interested in exploring participation are invited to contact
Lisa Burch before attending, for a short conversation and orientation.
The group meets second Saturdays each month, at 2 p.m. in the Meditation Room. Read more about the Magdalene Circle in the Monthly Gatherings E-News supplement, here. We welcome The Magdalene Circle to the Meeting House.
