Monday mornings – September 12 thru October 17 at 10:00 AM ( 6 week session) in the Meditation Room at USH.
Please wear comfortable clothing and if possible barefoot during class (or with socks – both optional.) We will be doing Chair Yoga, but those wishing to use your yoga mat… that too will be fine.
There is still room for 2 more people.
Yoga is not a competitive sport…always listen to your body and enjoy the many benefits of stretching, breathing, and mindfulness.
